When it’s time to celebrate, there are few places better suited for revelry than New Orleans, Louisiana.
After serving dealers and the industry for 75 years, it’s only fitting that the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association will gather its dealers and industry partners in that magical city to celebrate their significant milestone.
Many Canadian dealers and industry players will already be in New Orleans to attend the NADA Convention & Expo, and the CADA 75th anniversary event will take place on Wed. January 25th.
CADA’s 75th party will take place at the famed House of Blues, in the city’s French Quarter, and it will be a night
to remember.
A number of sponsors, many of them regular advertisers in the pages of this magazine, stepped up to support the event for the industry, and it’s a testament to the respect that they also have for the association and the dealers they represent.
Although CADA is inviting all dealers to attend, the number of attendees is limited by the venue, so if you are planning to attend you should book your spot soon.
Canadian auto dealer will also be recognizing the CADA’s 75 years with various articles and features in 2017 celebrating the progress Canada’s dealers have made over the decades.
Although every generation tends to believe it’s living through a period of unprecedented change, the next few years ahead for CADA and its dealers may well be one of the most interesting years in its long and storied history. But, that’s a story for another day.
For now, it’s a time to celebrate the first 75 years, take a deep breath, and dive in to the next chapter.
