HGreg INFINITI Laval has been named the top ranking INFINITI vehicle retailers across Canada for the second year in a row. To date, HGreg INFINITI Laval is the only Quebec dealership to reach the top of the Canadian ranking for the sale of new and certified pre-owned vehicles.
Founded in 1993, HGrégoire, which includes both HGrégoire and HGreg.com, operates 31 dealerships in North America, including 20 in Quebec. Of late, HGreg INFINITI Laval has focused on redefining the dealership experience with a greater emphasis on customer satisfaction, which has had a positive impact on sales.
Olivier Makins, national sales director for INFINITI Canada extended congratulations to the HGreg INFINITI Laval team in a recent press release, noting that the dealership “continues to outperform itself with every passing year.” Makins also stated that INFINITI Canada “recognizes that all of the hard work they do is for the INFINITI clientele, and we count on them to continue offering service that goes above and beyond the expectations of all our clients.”
Philippe Venne, general manager of HGreg INFINITI Laval told the press that his team is very proud of this achievement. “We certainly owe this recognition to our loyal customers, who continue to place their trust in us, year after year. I am also very fortunate to be surrounded by a dedicated team who take the satisfaction of our customers to heart—this first-place win is indeed the result of their tireless work,” Venne said.
