Alphabet’s autonomous-driving division Waymo revealed a new van it plans to eventually introduce to its fleet. The van was built in collaboration with Geely’s premium EV division Zeekr, and is the first in its overall plan to team-up on self-driving, ride-sharing vehicles. “Waymo planned to make the One Fleet announcement during January’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, but has pulled out of the event due to fears of the Omicron variant of COVID-19,” said Forbes.
