Dealer-FX is now offering certified integration with Tekion’s Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC), thanks to a partnership between the two companies that will allow dealers to benefit from a more seamless data exchange.
“This new integration will benefit our dealers by streamlining their service department operations. It will also simplify the scheduling, repair order, and parts specifying processes,” said Adam Kraft, Vice President of Product Management at Dealer-FX.
He said “achieving certified integration with all leading DMS providers is a priority for the company. The partnership is meant to provide a more comprehensive experience, for both the dealership personnel and their customers, by achieving appointment integration, repair order integration, and customer DMS search.
Guru Sankararaman, CFO and SVP of Operations at Tekion, said they developed their Open APIs to help dealers get rid of the friction points that come up when trying to access data from different technology systems.
“We’re happy to welcome Dealer-FX as an Open API partner for service lane technology,” said Sankararaman.
Dealer-FX will be among the exhibitors at the 2022 NADA Show, Nevada, in booth #3413W, and plans to demonstrate a number of new enhancements to its platform. It also plans to launch a new service application during the event.
The NADA Show will be an in-person event this year that will take place between March 11-13, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
